Varnish and die printing, essential in digital printing, and adding value by embellishing the product – silkscreen, emboss, hot foil stamping, selective gloss or matt varnishes, textures, etc. are done cheaply and flexibly on MA machines.

Combination of flat and rotary modules on 100% semi-rotary platform

The machines are custom made to meet the special needs of every customer by the combination of:

• Semi-rotary platform with reduced web path.
• Flat silkscreen printing station:
  
  • Uniform pressure on screen across any print width.
  • Speeds and pressures of squeegee and wiper can be set from the touch panel without stopping production.

• Flat bed embossing:
  • Tooling asembled outside the machine.
  • Low-cost tooling.
  • It can be used as well as an additional die cutting station.

 Flexo varnish

• Flood or spot varnish.
• Closed chamber design for quick change of anilox rollers and varnishes.

Plates are assembled on extractable plate sleeves outside the machine.

Rotary die cutting

• For front or reverse die cutting.
• Pressure regulation.

Reverse printing unit

• For UV printing of supports.

Special inks

Printing of special inks, matt varnishes, metallic inks, etc.

Other options:

Lamination with or without adhesive, Punching, Hologram lying with register, Sheeter, Slitter rewinder, Cold Foil.

Reduced make ready times and wastage: tools assembled outside the press, straight web path, no intermediate festoons
